The CDA dryland facility includes: everything needed to train beginner, high school, and competitive divers: trampolines with spotting rigs, diving boards with spotting belts, video delay playback systems, gymnastic spring floor with spotting belt, stall bars, climbing ropes, myriad balance equipment, over a ton of weights and various weight lifting equipment, Bosu balls, Physio balls, battle ropes, family viewing room, and much much more.
